Koach Sport and Nutrition is a company dedicated to providing dietary supplements that have proven efficacy and are certified to contain no banned substances.  In addition, Koach Sport and Nutrition provides educational materials for competitive and recreational athletes, students of exercise and sport science and individuals interested in increasing their knowledge base in sports nutrition, health and exercise. 

The use of nutritional supplements is an important aspect of maximizing athletic performance and enhancing recovery from exercise.  If basic nutritional needs are met (appropriate caloric and protein intakes), and the athlete’s exercise program is following the basic training principles of specificity, overload and progression; the use of sport supplements has been shown to be quite helpful in helping athletes achieve their performance goals.  To insure that athletes are taking supplements that are efficacious (they do what they say they do) and are safe (contain no banned substances) our products are tested by University Human Performance Laboratories for their efficacy, and all of our production runs are tested for banned substances before being released to the public.
